Jenny Nguyen is Melting Butter’s Founding Editor. She’s NYC based via Melbourne, London and Amsterdam. She founded Melting Butter to give the design-minded, aesthetically inclined populationÂ a quality resource forÂ curated travel hotspots. Â Her hotspot recommendations have appeared in the Vogue Living, The New York Observer, National Geographic Traveler Magazine, Domino Magazine, ForbesLife,Â Trendland, Refinery29 and many others.

Benedikt Josef

Design Editor

Benedikt is Melting Butter’s Design Editor. He’s also a freelance architect, designer and writer with work that’s grounded in a strong multi-disciplinary focus, encompassing architecture, interiors, product design, curation and visual communication. Right now, Benedikt’s creative projects include an illustrated book, a site-specific art installation in the Manhattan streetscape, and several ongoing creative collaborations.

Jonathan Velardi

Arts +Â Culture Editor

Jonathan is Melting Butter’s Arts + Culture Editor based in Los Angeles via London and New York. He’s a freelance communications consultant for creative platforms in the worlds of art, design and architecture, producing influential online content and strategy. Jonathan works with the Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (ICA LA), contributes editorial at Curate LA and Tunica Magazine, and serves as social media art director for Melting Butter Studios. Riley Wilson

Assistant Editor

Riley Wilson is a native Sydney-sider who grew up between Australia and the USA, with extensive travels throughout Europe along the way. She is a freelance writer and editor, contributing to Broadsheet Sydney, The Sydney Morning Herald, and a variety of publications in Australia and overseas. She’s deeply passionate about olives, oysters, postage stamps, and punctuation.

Editorial + Experiential Events Associate

Emily is Melting Butter’s new editorial and experiential events associate. She grew up in Shanghai and now lives in New York City, pursuing a Media, Culture, and Communications degree, on paper and in life.
