The Marlton Hotel marks the seriousness of West 8^th Street’s revival. Sure, locals knew it could happen when Stumptown Coffee Roasters opened amongst the hodgepodge of cheap shoe stores, nail salons and foot rub parlors but when a boutique hotel like this one; complete with historic character and antique-y details reminiscent of The Village’s literary era opens up, you know the revival has already happened.

The well-heeled guests of The Marlton Hotel can enjoy the warm lobby bar environment that is somewhat analogous to a young Bowery Hotel, an of-the-moment hotel restaurant and a charming jewel box sized room, which starting at $235, is considered to be relatively affordable in New York City.
