Good Coffee Find: Two Hands NYC
(May 21st 2015: Unfortunately, following a recent visit to Two Hands NYC, Melting Butter no longer recommends the cafe’s food or service)
Two Hands NYC is that bright, airy café that you would typically find right by a beautiful Sydney beach. You know the ones – where the coffee is always good, the food is simply delicious and the people are beautiful and tanned. The only difference here is that instead of the beach, you’re situated on that quaint stretch of Mott Street somewhere between Nolita and Chinatown and while the people may not be tanned, you could definitely describe them as the well-heeled creative type.
You can tell right away that the owners are Australian and have grown up amongst good coffee, food and produce because that’s exactly what they bring to the table at Two Hands. One bite of the Prosciutto Panini accompanied by a velvety smooth cappuccino and you’ll understand exactly what I mean.
Add the fact that the flawless light and contemporary interiors mean you’ll never have to leave without snapping a wildly popular Instagram and I think you’ve got NYC’s best café yet.
