Ramen Restaurant Find: Ganso NYC
Ganso is a welcome addition to that gastronomically desolate part of Downtown Brooklyn where until now places like Dunkin’ Donuts and Applebees ruled the roost. The well-priced ramen menu reads like a laundry list of rich, brothy, comforting noodles that are designed to hit the spot on a cold New York night.
Ganso’s kitchen is insistent on upholding authenticity and achieving that soupy depth of flavor that has built itself quite a cult following.
