Australian chef Bill Granger takes huge joy in good, fresh dishes made with seasonal ingredients, and this is channeled into his bright and breezy restaurant. With full-height loft-style windows, Granger & Co is flooded with light – so much so that every photo ends up overexposed!

Bloody Marys and avocado espresso frapp̩s sit alongside each other on the menu, waiting to kick start your weekend. We ate big breakfasts, and were wowed by the courgette fritters served with tzatziki and a deep-fried soft-boiled egg Рa novel dish that totally hit the mark.

Exit past the buffet of baked goods and grab something sweet for the road.
