Restaurant Find: Katz Orange Berlin
An ex-brewery in Mitte has been converted into a restaurant with striking art installations everywhere you look, creating Katz Orange, a farm to table restaurant of the highest quality.
Sink into Moorish banquettes with an old school cocktail, crafted from spirits from small batch German distillers, and peruse the menu – so simple yet so complex; commonly found regional and seasonal ingredients are presented in new gourmet ways and with such flair. Slow cooked meat sharing platters are a house specialty, and our beef short rib was a winning choice, and the brunch menu has a fab reputation too – dine out on the terrace if the weather’s pretty.
A truly multisensory experience, Katz Orange delights with its décor, dishes and drinks – the ultimate laid back, style conscious choice.
